Covid-19 – Salon Guidelines

In order to keep our clients and ourselves as safe as possible, please adhere to these guidelines.

• Attend your appointment alone – so we can safely control how many people are in the salon at one time.

• Please arrive on time - if you are early please wait outside until your appointment time, however if you are late you may forfeit your appointment time.

All chairs in the reception have been taken away to prevent clients waiting before and after appointments.

• Are you feeling unwell? Please DO NOT ATTEND your appointment. We will be happy to rearrange. Please give as much notice as possible.

• On arrival please WASH YOUR HANDS -We will provide hand wash and hand sanitizer for your use in each of our beauty rooms.

• Wear a mask – if you do not have one, we will provide you with one at a charge of £1

For treatments we will be wearing: A mask and/or visor, gloves and a disposable apron alongside cleaning/disinfecting before and after every client.

• Card payments – please make these contactless when possible.

• Phone touching to a minimum – We understand our lives are on our phones nowadays, but please use phones only in an emergency.

• Magazines & Refreshments – these currently won’t be on offer.
